Questions
Does it check the card with CSCS?
No. Calx records the date you enter. It does not confirm someone is allowed to work, and a record is not a check against CSCS, CPCS, or any other scheme.
Who adds the dates?
You do. Name, trade, card type, number, expiry, and a photo if you have one — one by one, or import a CSV on Crew.
Can I still use a spreadsheet?
Yes. Download this matrix for Excel, or export Crew, Certificates, or Due as CSV from Reports when you need a sheet.
