Calx lets a firm record certificate dates for its crew, see what is overdue and what is coming up, and receive reminder emails. The price on the site is £20 a month for the firm, with no per-person limit, and you can cancel at any time.

You are responsible for the dates and details you enter, and for who your firm sends to site. A record in Calx is not a check against CSCS, CPCS, or any other scheme.

You need an account to use the product. Keep your sign-in details safe. Do not let another firm see your register. You must be able to bind the firm you sign up.

You keep ownership of the crew records you enter. You give us permission to host and process them so we can provide the register, the Due list, reminders, and support.

You confirm you have a proper reason to put that personal data into Calx, including card photos. If a crew member asks about their record, you deal with that request. You can download Crew, Certificates, and Due as CSV from Reports in the app. Ask support@getcalx.co.uk if you need a full account wipe or a data processing addendum.

Paid plans are billed in pounds through Clerk Billing, with Stripe underneath. The fee is shown before you pay. VAT may be added where it applies. Cancel in the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

If a payment fails, we may suspend the account until it succeeds. We do not refund a part-month unless the law requires it.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to reach another firm’s data, upload anything you have no right to store, or use Calx to say that someone is cleared to work.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts other firms’ data at risk. We will tell you when we can do so without making the problem worse.

We aim to keep Calx available, and we will tell you about a planned break when we can. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Reminder emails can fail if an address bounces or a provider rejects them. Check Due yourself before you rely on a reminder.

Calx is a date register and a reminder tool. We are not liable for site access decisions, fines, or other losses that come from dates you entered, dates you did not act on, or a claim that someone was allowed to work.

Our total liability in a contract year, other than liability that the law does not let us limit, is the amount you paid us for Calx in that year. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited.

You can cancel at any time. We can end the service by giving you notice, or immediately if you break these terms. After the account ends, we delete firm data as described in the privacy notice, except records we must keep.

We may update these terms. If a change affects what you pay or what the product does, we will post the new date on this page and email the account holder when the change is material. The law of England and Wales applies, and the courts of England and Wales hear disputes.
